  2. Buy everything.
  3. Always bail out (unless your opponent got orange).
  4. Build 3 houses (I think).
  5. Hotels have marginal incremental value.
  6. Divide the working class along religious or ethnic lines to break labor organizing
  7. De-fund public education to ensure more wage competition
  8. Outsource your dirty work to other countries with corrupt governments you support.
  9. Win the beauty pageant.
